Poet: Işıl Ayça Akkuş
Moon takes up sun
In this dance
We longed to run
Calling your blues at night
Singing me lullabies in a bike ride
Holding you like a pinot grigio
The winter never felt this nice
I am not terrified
Calms as waves in a sunset
Only strangers afterall
Terrible timing, worlds apart
Is it a sign to love transcend
Know it all except your name
Met me on a restless rain
From a distance
The memories of future
Knocks the door naked
Dream of me like a child
In a cinema nearby
Resting on your chest
What a life we came so far
Catching me in a maze
The map girl gets lost in a haze
Somehow I cannot memorize your name
A curse from past lives
When you had died in my arms
Inks of blood in your face,
I cry my eyes till dawn
We take oaths to protect,
No more tragedy in next life
Liqour od the sun
Like a sweet breeze
Slipping in a run
Longest five minutes
Yet we had decades
Stories to tell in another time
